Join us for an elegant five-course dinner, each dish thoughtfully paired with wines selected by our host, Marcus Hanson — the acclaimed “Minister of Wine.” Blending his expertise in fine wine with the artistry of opera, Marcus will guide us through each course with engaging pairing notes and share his remarkable voice throughout the evening.

Dinner Menu

First Course: Tomato Confit Bruschetta, Shrimp Salad Endive Boat, Mushroom & Boursin Tartlet

Second Course: Poached Pear Salad with Mixed Greens, Pomegranate Seeds, Candied Pecans, Sliced Goat Cheese, Maple Mustard Vinaigrette

Third Course: Herbed Seabass with Roasted Red Pepper Coulis & Baby Sprouts

Fourth Course: Beef Tenderloin with Parsnip Puree and Port & Fig Demi Glace

Fifth Course: Chocolate Cream Profiterole, served with Warm Chocolate Sauce Drizzle & Strawberries
