Bluebirds are a symbol of happiness. At Bluebirds & Blooms, a certified 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we create joy and connection for those living in care communities through the gift of recycled flowers.

We serve 75 different memory care, hospice, and other care communities in the Minneapolis metro area. Contact us if you are interested in receiving flowers and extending joy to your community.

Bluebirds & Blooms is primarily funded through private donations. Every donation helps deliver joyful arrangements to residents in Memory Care and Hospice. Learn how you can support us with funds, flowers, or supplies.
